Experiential Therapy
Talk therapy is essential, but real change often takes root through doing. Experiential therapy uses hands-on activity to help men process emotions, build confidence, and practice the skills of a sober life.
What is experiential therapy?
Experiential therapy engages a man through action and experience rather than conversation alone. By stepping into real activities, he encounters his emotions, reactions, and patterns as they happen, and learns to work through them in healthier ways.
It reaches feelings that are hard to put into words, and it rebuilds the parts of life that addiction stripped away: purpose, health, connection, and joy.
