Chad Brandon has been a dedicated leader in the recovery community for more than eight years and currently serves as the Executive Director of Renaissance Ranch St. George. After getting sober in July 2015 through Renaissance Ranch, Chad committed his life to helping others find the same hope and freedom he experienced. A natural leader, coach, and mentor, Chad is known for his selfless and kind heart. He is deeply committed to service, supporting others through recovery, his church, and the community. Chad has spent years learning, growing, and working in the recovery field, where his compassion and authenticity have made a lasting impact on many lives. Family is at the center of Chad's life. He and his wife Jenny, his high school sweetheart, reconnected as adults and blended their families together. Together they share a large and loving family with 11 children and two granddaughters. Chad has also been an athlete his entire life. Baseball has always been a passion of his, and today he enjoys playing softball in the recovery community, where he continues to build connection and fellowship. Whether through service, mentorship, faith, or family, Chad is devoted to helping others and strengthening the community around him.

As Director of Operations and a Registered Nurse at the Renaissance Ranch Southern Utah locations, Keith is passionate about helping men find lasting recovery and rebuild their lives. His commitment to this work is deeply personal, as he experienced the Ranch firsthand in 2023 after struggling with alcoholism and addiction for many years. Keith's own journey into recovery gave him a new perspective on addiction and, more importantly, helped him discover what he believes is his calling: helping others find the same hope and freedom that he found in recovery. Today, he has the privilege of combining that personal experience with his nursing background to support the men at Renaissance Ranch St. George throughout their own recovery journeys. He graduated from Dixie State College in 2008 with a degree in Nursing. Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, as well as playing golf. His family and recovery are two of the greatest blessings in his life, and he is grateful for the opportunity to help other men and their families experience the same kind of transformation that continues to change his life.

Taylor Orr, Psy.D., is the Clinical Director at Renaissance Ranch St. George and a graduate of the program himself. Having experienced recovery firsthand, Dr. Orr brings a unique and deeply personal perspective to the work we do with individuals struggling with addiction. His journey gives him a practical understanding of the fears, setbacks, and breakthroughs that are part of the recovery process. We believe effective treatment is built on both clinical skill and real-world insight, and this combination allows our programs to remain grounded, compassionate, and focused on long-term change.

Robert is a Recovery Coach and MSW Intern at Renaissance Ranch. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Social Work and is currently working toward his Master of Social Work degree at Grand Canyon University. Robert got sober on September 21, 2019. Like many of the people who come through our doors, he went through treatment more than once before recovery finally started to make sense. Learning how his mental health and addiction affected each other changed everything for him. There was a time when he felt disconnected from himself and from everyone around him. Through recovery, the 12 Steps, and his relationship with God, he found a connection he never thought was possible. That's why he does this work. He knows what it's like to walk into treatment feeling scared, ashamed, or wondering if anything is ever going to change. His hope is that when someone sits across from him, they don't just see a clinician or a recovery coach, but someone who genuinely understands, believes in them, and knows that recovery is possible. Robert believes every person deserves the chance to build a life they don't have to escape from, and he's grateful to walk alongside people as they do just that.
