    Program Director

    Creighton is a dedicated mental health and substance abuse professional with experience dating back to 2019. His commitment to client well-being shines through his compassionate, empathetic approach, and his ability to incorporate a touch of humor into the recovery process. Firmly believing that recovery can be enjoyable, Creighton cultivates a supportive and engaging environment for all clients. Creighton is actively working toward his Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification and completed his Master's level internship at Renaissance Ranch. Both colleagues and clients recognize and appreciate his passion and devotion to the field, making him a valuable asset to our team.

    Nurse Practitioner

    I have been working as a nurse practitioner for over 9 years. My primary background is in emergency medicine, as well as primary care, behavioral health, and addiction medicine. I feel that practicing medicine is a privilege, which allows me to be part of individuals' lives in their most vulnerable state, in hopes that I can provide the support, compassion, and care they deserve. I am a father of 5 and married to my high school sweetheart. I enjoy spending my free time with them, whether it is hiking, camping, snowboarding, playing baseball, watching cheer competitions, or just sitting down and watching a movie. Each moment with family is the most important part of my life.

    Davis is more than just a Substance Use Disorder Counselor; he's someone who truly understands the journey of recovery. With a background in addiction and 12-step programs, he brings both professional expertise and personal experience to his work. Sober since 2020, Davis is deeply passionate about helping others find freedom and healing in their own recovery journeys. He is compassionate and supportive and wants to help those seeking change. He also believes that humor, connection, and camaraderie are the keystones of a good recovery and a good life.

    Sober Living Manager & Peer Support

    Mackenzie has been in recovery for six years and in the recovery field with three years of hands-on experience as a Recovery Coach, Peer Support Specialist, and Sober Living Manager. Mackenzie is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, offering guidance and empathy to help them overcome challenges and build sustainable, fulfilling lives. With a deep understanding of addiction, Mackenzie has cultivated a compassionate and supportive approach to mentoring individuals in various stages of their recovery process, creating safe, welcoming environments that empower people to reclaim their independence and sobriety. As a Sober Living Property Manager, Mackenzie oversees the day-to-day operations of sober living houses and provides one-on-one peer support, guidance, motivation, and connection.
