Matt Piper
Matt Piper was recently chosen to be the employee of the month as well as put in the spotlight for this months blog.
Matt has combined his knowledge of recovery and social work into his role as an Executive Director here at Renaissance Ranch Outpatient. He has the ability to provide a culture of empathy, compassion, and connection with the goal to meet the fundamental needs of each individual client. He is able to take a client center approach to treatment in hopes of inspiring a change of heart in those he is blessed to work with.
He has been gifted with the talent to be able to dance, sing and perform. Also, he is very great with magic tricks, particularly with mints. So if you ever have the opportunity to meet Matt Piper in person, you may want to ask him to dance or to show you a magic trick. It will be worth it.
